| The Bay Area Solo2 membership is constituted by a San
Francisco Region Policy Statement which was most recently approved by the SFR Board
of Directors and the Solo2 Membership in December 1998.
The Policy Statement defines a number of Solo2
Officers who are responsible for running the Solo2 program in the Bay
Area. Two SFR Chapters, Sacramento and Fresno, run separate Solo2
programs which are constituted by separate means.
To run the program, the Officers have selected a number of Solo2
Chiefs who are responsible for specific areas of operation.
The Policy Statement also defines the organization and makeup of the
Solo2 Steering Committee, who set policy
for the Solo2 program according to the rules set out there.
Policy set by the Steering Committee is typically documented in meeting
minutes and when appropriate, in the Solo2 Supplemental
Regulations. Other products of the committee are the annual calendar
of Solo2 events and event results and standings. |
