Welcome to the Solo2/Autocross Program of the Sacramento Chapter of  Sports Car Club of America! 

Solo2 (also called Autocross or Slalom) is a contest of driving skill. We run against the clock (i.e. "solo") on short courses that emphasize car handling and agility rather than speed or power. Speeds and hazards to spectators, participants, and property do not exceed those encountered in normal, legal highway driving. Thrills and fun, however, do. Best of all, you can enter in your street car!

Come Autocross with us! Sacramento CUP events are open to all licensed drivers, and we welcome new participants. We have some loaner helmets available and there is a class for everyone. It's easy, safe and fun for the whole family. Experience your car's limits and improve your driving skills in a safe, friendly environment. 

We just had Our first Board Meeting of the year, got a few changes coming down the road. Good changes I hope...

I thought everyone knew how the 100% attendence program works, boy was I wrong. Well let me explain it to you;

If you participate in 100% of the Regular Season Events

You have earned a bonus prize of a Jacket or a Shirt (your choice).

This Jacket or Shirt will have your name on one side and if your a Class Champion it will say "Class Champion" on the other side.

We discussed a few other idea's, Here are a few, let me know what your think:

1. Be able to buy a Sacramento Chapter Jacket??

2. Sign up for your Trophy at the end of the year - This would save on buying trophies for those who don't want one.

3. Trophies for 1st,2nd 3rd - then a Nice Medallion for those in 4th through nth place.

4. Changing the Enduro Trophy to something Different - yes, Bill face would still be on it...

5. Only getting your trophy if you come to the Awards Banquet

6. Possibly letting you (Pre-pay) for the season - No refunds and it would be on you to make the events you paid for...
