Site report.Olson indicated that the atmosphere at Atwater is very positive towards holding events there.

Discussions of potential sites.Atwater, McClellan, Cal Expo.Will try to get two weekends at Cal Expo.Still have Stockton available.

Need to get security for this Sunday in Stockton.Bill will call.

Need to collect from Corvette club for trailer and equipment rental and supplies.

Discussion on where to buy hats for the banquet.Have found a good source of mugs.Will do hats and mugs instead of t-shirts.

Millers’ will put together a flyer for the banquet to hand out at next event.

Fleig, R. Miller and Ralph Elder went to Thunderhill to witness counting of election ballots.Results have been posted on our web site.

R. Miller proposes that Sacramento Chapter continue the Speed Freakz program (26 years of age and under) with a $50 subsidy for First Gear membership for eligible members in Sacramento Chapter territory.( 7-0-0) Pass.

New Business

Need 300 new cones.Source from 2000 was very good price.Will look in receipts to determine what that source was and will contact.Cost then was only $3.60/cone.

Will start selling 2003 rulebooks for $5 starting at next event.

Discussion about replacing the easy-ups.Canvas rotting off one.Problems with bent legs.

One cover is ripped in multiple places.Hubbard will research cost of repair parts.

Brown to investigate wording in our sups to determine when results are final.
