Meeting called to order by Hubbard at 8:30pm

Old Business

Approved Minutes of last meeting. (6 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Shriner’s check presentation will take place at the banquet next Saturday.

Enduro Event went very well.

Discussed Awards for next year’s Enduro.

New Business

We need to replace some of our cones. Doug has priced out 12 and 18 inch cones.

Discussed situation regarding sites for next year. Anticipating Shriner’s and PAL weekends at Mather, balance of season elsewhere, probably Stockton.
