Meeting called to order by Hubbard at 8:13 pm

Old Business

Approved Minutes of last meeting. (5 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (5 0 0).

Will plan a work party to maintain trailer and inventory cones. Then need to purchase replacement cones.

New Business

Discussed site development for next year. Currently plan to hold Shriner’s Benefit April 20, 21 and PAL Benefit May 19, 20 2012, both at Mather EVOC.

Moved to adjourn. (Approved) Adjourned 9:45 pm.
