Approved Minutes of last meeting. (5 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (5 0 0).

Replaced tires and spare tire on trailer. Wheel bearings serviced. Brakes serviced. Repaired trailer wiring connector, repaired roof leak, and rewired tractor to eliminate ignition switch that was being left on running down battery.

Some costs associated with police security for running at Mather has increased.

Need to buy some additional cones.

Discussed criteria for determining most improved driver trophies.

Pax Championship will be unchanged.

New Business

Al Patterson resigned as Treasurer recommending appointment of Tom Smiley to the position. Motion to appoint Tom Smiley to the treasurer position. Approved (5 0 0) Gail Smiley will continue to work registration and coordinate with Tom.
