Approved Minutes of Aug and Sept meetings. (5 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (5 0 0).

Introduced new wording in the supps to handle the case of down cones on course elements with loops, overlaps and multiple laps.

Check will be delivered to Shriners for the Charity event next week.

Mather SRDTF management has offered us the opportunity to hold two big charity events there next season. We will try to put together a 12 event season plus the Enduro with the bulk of events at Stockton.

Discussed when and where to do trailer maintenance during the off season.

Rick will work with Ken to identify most improved driver award recipients for next year.

New Business

Discussed eliminating PAX championship and substituting a PAX class. Motion by Patterson to keep PAX championship the way it is. Seconded by Hubbard. Approved (5 0 0)

Discussed how to get more involvement in a club around the board level.
