Approved Minutes of last meeting. (7 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Discussed how to do a better job of getting results out sooner. There were a number of issues with computer systems and learning curves associated with a change of administrators earlier in the year that created issues that we believe have largely been resolved. Goal is to have results out within 1 week.

New Business

Appointed nominating committee for board positions comprised of Ken Yeo and Tom Nivison.

The nominating committee made the following nominations:

Chapter Executive: Doug Hubbard

Assistant Chapter Executive: Bob Weisickle

Secretary: Rick Brown

Treasurer: Al Patterson

Competition Director: Ken Yeo

Publicity Chairman: Ken McCulloch

Membership Chairman: Tom Nivison

Moved to accept the recommendation of the nominating committee. (Approved)

As there were no other nominations from the floor, the election is uncontested and ballots do not need to be mailed per the bylaws.

Noted that Mather gate security is primarily driven by airport requirements and not by EVOC requirements. The control tower can see the gate from their position and report when it is left open.

Discussed the schedule change at Mather. Doug will update the web site next week.
