Meeting called to order by D. Hubbard at 8:05 pm

Old Business

Approved Minutes of last meeting (7 0 0)

Approved Treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Porta potties taken care of for first event. Doug still working on dumpsters.

Street tire correction factor set at 0.972 for this season.

Doug found local storage facility for trailer.

Ken McCulloch rebalanced run groups for coming season.

New Business

Awards banquet tentatively scheduled for Nov. 6.

Assigned event chairs and co-chairs for this seasons events.

Yearly tech stickers have been made.

Discussed Junior Karts. Need to check box on sanction forms for 5 year olds.

Trailer cleanup/maintenance Feb. 27 at Rick’s place.

Decided to get two spare lasers for timing system.

Need to replace EZ-ups. Tom Smiley to check pricing.
