Meeting called to order by D. Hubbard at 8:30 pm

Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (7 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Discussed Mather event and run group assignments.

Noted that there was a very large turnout at Mather, despite many potential entrants being away at Nationals.

Discussed methods to make Mather events run more smoothly; waivers, gate, and security guard.

For next Mather event we will have copy of waiver forms available in advance.

Discussed awards/trophies for year end points. We will take special care to make sure names are spelled correctly on the trophies.

New Business

Doug will advertise the Mather PAL charity event on the SFR forum.

Discussed Darrel Huckabay’s proposal to alter the way street tire cars compete.
