Meeting called to order by D. Hubbard at 8:15 pm

Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (6 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Presented check to Shriner’s for benefit event in the amount of $6720.

Discussed PAL benefit autocross to be held at Mather this year.

Purchased 50 additional cones.

Brown provided additions to PAX scoring spreadsheet to automatically calculate PAX drops.

Gayle Smiley will be handling registration this weekend.

New Business

Purchased 96 more hats. Will sell them for $10 each.

Doug spoke to Rick Ruth about PAX factors for next year.

Discussed shirts for chiefs.

Discussed multi-driver cars.
