Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (7 0 0).

Approved Treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Received the 50 new cones in time for the last event weekend.

Bought 96 hats. Sold about 8 hats over the last event weekend.

Bought 100 shirts for sale also.

New Business

Discussed a policy to excuse elderly and/or handicapped from work assignments.

Discussed how the National “First Gear” and local “Speed Freeks” programs work. Leaning toward aligning more closely with the National program for subsidies. Subsidy is $15. 24 years of age and under. “First Gear” program.

Discussed using “cold mix” on a trial basis to try to patch parts of the grid at Stockton.

Tom will coordinate getting the Stockton site vacuumed prior to the next event.

Tom and Bob will get timing cables and lights from Stockton and perform maintenance.

Discussed problems with fun run people not picking up cones at the end of the event. We will monitor the situation before taking possible further action with fun run procedures.
