Attendees: Candi Miller, Ray Miller, Brown, Hubbard, Yeo, McCulloch

Guests: Tom Smiley, Tom Nivison, Al Patterson

Meeting called to order by Ray Miller at 8:40 pm.

Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (6 0 0).

Approved treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Harold Olsen and Bob Weisickle are attending Nationals in Topeka.

No report from Weisickle this month on supps revisions.

Safety Steward training DVDs were handed out to current safety stewards, board members and those in attendance wishing to become safety stewards.

Noted that expenses that have increased since last year. This includes site fees.

Discussed picture theme for Bill Fleig Memorial Enduro shirts.

New Business

Discussed head sets for aiding starter and cone counter.

Discussed EZ up repair. Minimum cost to repair the two EZ ups will be approximately $900.

Discussed impact of National Board proposal to make membership mandatory at Solo II events.

Discussed email from Jack Parker with proposal for streamlining events including increasing the number of run groups. Miller appointed committee to consider this and other proposals.

Moved to adjourn. (Approved. Adjourned 10:28 pm).
