Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (7 0 0).

Approved treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Harold Olsen and Bob Weisickle are back from Nationals in Topeka.

Discussed Solano as a potential site for our events. Corvette Club has 3 events per year there.

Discussion of logistics to support new requirements for mandatory SCCA memberships, including temporary memberships, to participate in Solo II events. Olsen will gather more information from the region.

Bob Weisickle provided markup of supplemental regulation change proposals.

Prospective safety stewards to review the safety DVD prior to next Sunday. Safety steward training will be Sunday morning before the event.

Obtained T-shirts for the Bill Fleig Memorial Enduro.

Briefly discussed and tabled discussion on headsets.

Committee working to address increasing efficiency of event operation for next year. Considering proposals from Jack Parker and other sources.

New Business

Shriners contacted us and informed us that the event dates are May 17 and 18 for next year.

Street survival school is being hosted by Reno Region on Nov. 4.

Bob Weisickle is investigating new photocells to allow section timing.

Discussed starting run groups earlier. Start afternoon run group at noon instead of 1pm. Start at 8am on Sunday since course is already set up. Will discuss further at next meeting.
