Attendees: Candi Miller, Ray Miller, Brown, Hubbard, Olsen, McCulloch

Guests: Virginia Fleig, Jay Williams, Bob Weisickle, Al Patterson, Tom Smiley

Meeting called to order by Ray Miller at 8:15pm.

Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (6 0 0).

Approved treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Doug Hubbard is now responsible for the web site. This started last month. Everything has been running smoothly.

Discussed providing hired gate security for the Shriner’s event at Mather. Miller met with the sheriff’s department last week. Everything is moving forward.

Discussed potential Roseville site. Site is very small but agreed to remain open to the possibility of using it as a site as there is currently no backup to Stockton.

New Business

Discussed our radios and their possible future obsolescence. No action needed at this time.
