Old Business

Approved minutes of last meeting (7 0 0)

Approved treasurer’s report. (7 0 0).

Oly took care of the trailer storage contract.

A small amount of water leaked into the trailer. Oly cleaned it up. New line markers were also put in the trailer. Battery in tractor is charged- tractor started and ran. Ken and Doug will bring marking lime to first event. Trailer and equipment is ready to go for first event.

First event is March 24. Updated schedule is published to the website. As reported last month, the air show with the Blue Angels preempted the original Mather Shriner’s autocross date. Shriner’s is trying to find an alternate date. Also note that there is no longer an event in April due to Stockton Fairgrounds scheduling conflicts.

Banquet scheduled for Nov. 10 instead of Nov. 3 due to banquet room availability.

Candi ordered rule books to sell at events.

New Business

Assigned event chairs and safety stewards.

Discussed sound policies.

Potential for a new site at the Fairgrounds in Roseville. Ray discussed this with the CEO. They have a 1/3 mile circle track there. They expressed an interest in us possibly using the infield. However, infield is currently not paved. The board agreed to explore this as a potential site. Thanks to John Gardener for uncovering this as a potential site.
