Old Business

Approved treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Approved September minutes as amended. (6 0 0)

Discussion on trailer storage. Storage yard has requested proof of insurance. Oly found that the trailer was once insured but SCCA office informed us that we are self-insured.

Enduro this weekend. First car out at 8am.

Enduro trophies have been picket up. Enduro course is designed. Noted that Enduro conflicts with a SFR slush event and a Fresno event at Atwater.

Jackets for banquet have been ordered. Color black. 27 “100 percenters” this year. 36 last year.

Determined most improved driver’s awards. Results to be kept secret until the banquet.

New Business

Olsen found a good line marker of a type the Kansas region has. Easier to push, uses less gypsum. Agreed to replace our 2 line markers with this type. Will look at state of treasury after the banquet.

Oly reports local chapters and clubs have not had much success in site development.

Our Stockton Fairgrounds liaison called to say she was leaving her position at the Fairgrounds. Prior to her departure we booked our Stockton portion of the schedule for next season.

Discussed that remodeling is going on at the Marriott (banquet).
