Meeting called to order by R. Miller 8:53pm at Fleig’s house.

Per bylaws, Ray Miller is replacing Bill Fleig as Chapter Executive.

Old Business

Approved July minutes (6 0 0).

Approved treasurer’s report. (6 0 0).

Paid site fees for next 4 events.

Sacramento chapter and American Auto Cross Series each donated $500 toward the Bill Fleig memorial event at Dante Club. Roger fellow also donated $100. Cost to rent Dante Club was $1,100. Event was very well attended and much positive feedback was received.

Motion by Brown to reimburse Jay Williams $1,140.93 for cost or making the ‘Bill Fleig’ stickers. They came out extremely well. Seconded by Hubbard. Passed (6 0 0).

Motion by Olsen to replace deceased chapter executive Bill Fleig with Ken Yeo as one of the signatories on club checking account at Washington Mutual. Seconded by Hubbard. Passed (6 0 0).

New Business

Next event is Aug. 26, 27. Ray Miller and Tom Smiley are event chairs. Noted that Genie of Genie’s Weenies will not be attending on Saturday.

Need to put timing software on backup computer. Hubbard will work with Bob Weisickle to install software.

Discussed making new tee shirts for sale. We have run out of the previous design. Discussed incorporating image of Bill Fleig on the back.
