Bill thanked Howard Duncan for the National office waiving the sanction fee for the Shriner’s charity event.

Bob resuming work on the in-trailer timing display.

The wireless announce microphone is working out very well.

About 40-42 cars attended the practice event.

New Business

Banquet will be Nov. 5^th.

Will do Jackets for 100 percerters. 39 people have attended all the events so far.

Banquet will cost $25 per person.

Will also do mementoes. C. Miller to research.

Motion by Fleig to donate old PA system to American Autocross. Approved (6 0 0).

Fleig checked equipment. Will recharge 2 of the fire bottles. Two of the radio batteries need replacement. May have to replace radios soon if regulations change to require narrowband radios.

Shriners having a planning meeting on Oct. 10 for their event at Mather. Miller to contact Shriners to offer involvement in their planning session.
