Attendees:  Fleig, C. Miller, R. Miller, Brown, Yeo, Olsen

Guests:       Russ Backman, Ken McCullough, Jay Williams

Meeting called to order by Fleig 8:15 at Fleig’s house.

Old Business

Minutes of 2/17/05 meeting.  Brown.  Approved (6 0 0). 

Treasurer’s Report.  C. Miller.  Approved (6 0 0).

Shriner’s charity event.  June 11^th at Mather.  Fleig and Ray met with

    Shriner’s liason.  Also discussed possibility of returning to Mather on a semi-regular basis.

    Jay Williams, Auburn tire will donate providing porta-potties.

    Motion to donate entire $25 per car event entry to Shriner’s.  Miller.  Approved (6 0 0).

This Saturday is the Drifting Practice event at Stockton .

   Ray described event format for the drifting practice event.

Doug and Rick will chair this Sunday’s practice event at Stockton . 

New Business

Discussed possible upgrades to timing system.

Moved to adjourn. (Approved.  Adjourned 10:36 pm).
