Old Business

Approved minutes of July meeting. (6 0 0)

Approved treasurer’s report. (6 0 0)

Backman not getting a response on trailer storage invoice. Will go ahead and send in 6 month advance storage fee. Need a record of payment.

No progress on display for inside of the trailer.

Next Saturday is a multiple lap format. Sunday is the regular one run format.

Estimate 9 Formula SAE drivers this weekend. They will help work the event in exchange for free entries.

Following weekend is a practice event.

Fleig, Olsen and Al Patterson attended the Mini Cooper event at Altamont . They rented our timing equipment.

Last weekend rented our trailer to AAS. Two of our fire extinguishers were discharged. We need to bill them for equipment rental and to recharge the two fire bottles.

Cost to sweep Stockton lot was $500. This was a discount for the second sweeping. Invoice submitted to the Treasurer.

New Business

Due to conflict with Nationals next month’s meeting will be one week later on 9/22.

Discussion about Shriner’s charity event(s) next year at Mather Airport . Outlook is for two events based on prior discussions with Shriner’s officials. Will consider at least one event as a regular points event.
