7/15/04

Attendees:  Fleig, R. Miller, C. Miller, Brown, Olsen
Guests:       Russ Backman, E.J. Fontaine, Susan Brown, Virginia Fleig


Meeting called to order by Fleig 8:41pm at Fleig’s house.

Old Business

Reviewed prior minutes.  Approved.

Treasurer’s report by C. Miller.  Approved.

Discussed trailer logistics for next AAS event.  Issues with moving trailer from Atwater to Stockton and back again.

Proposal to store trailer in a Stockton storage lot Russ Backman has been using.  It is more secure than the Stockton Fairgrounds and more convenient than moving trailer from Atwater to Stockton and back
. 
Motion (Olsen) to check suitability of this storage site and if acceptable store trailer there for $50/month.  Seconded Miller.  Approved (5 0 0).

Bill noted that new Kumho 710’s are SCCA approved
.
Russ took care of sweeping company cleaning Stockton site.  There was a lot of broken glass but the sweeping machine was able to clean it up.
 
Nominating committee report (Olsen).   Nominating committee nominates current officers for same positions.  Motion to accept recommendations of nominating committee (Brown).  Seconded (Miller).  Approved (5 0 0).


New Business
Hubbard unable to co-chair next Saturday’s event.  Miller volunteered to substitute.

Moved to adjourn. (Approved. Adjourned 9:20 pm ).
