San Francisco Region Solo II Divisional

How to Register

Pre-registration is necessary to determine items as the number of trophies to be awarded, assigning key worker positions, to ensure that the timing & scoring is run smoothly, to ease the registration process at the event. These critical factors must be pre-planned prior to a divisional event in order to minimize the operating problems that could occur in running an event of this magnitude.

Entry money will not be collected at the event. Also, there will be a deadline to register and if you register after the established deadline, a late penalty will be assessed to your entry fee. Even if you decide to attend only one day, you will be required to pre-register and pay for the entire divisional entry.

You will be required to sign in at registration either the Friday night or Saturday morning sessions. The tentative registration hours are Friday 5:00PM-8:00PM and Saturday morning 7:00AM-8:00AM. Registration check-in will close at 8:00AM Saturday so you must check-in prior to the closing time. If you show up at 12 Noon to check in for your afternoon run group, you will not be able to check in and have your car teched for the event.

Use your browser to fill in this form, then print it out and mail it along with your $55.00 fee ($82.50 after June 9th) to

Multi-driver cars Drivers sharing a car must send in their separate registrations, together with all fees, in the same envelope to make our registrar's job possible.  All two driver cars in the same class must have a number lower than "100" for the first driver. The second driver in the same class must have a "100+" number of the first driver's number. I.E. The first driver has a number of "29", the second driver will have a number of "129". This rule only applies to drivers in the same class and does not apply to a car with two drivers in two different classes such as, a driver in SS, and one in SSL

Swap Work Group?  Some entrants have a long drive home Sunday, and we'd like to help them get back early.  If you are not pressed for time Sunday, please volunteer to swap work groups with them so they can work earlier.  Say "Yes" on the registration form.
