SFR Entry Forms

When entering races in 2005

Please use the 2005 Entry Form only - not previous years' forms. Since the form has changed significantly, we cannot accept old forms.

The region does not support a secure web server, so we do not as yet have the capabilities to permit you to send in payment via the web. Entry forms may only be mailed or faxed to the SFR Business Office.

You can only download and print an entry form for club events. Please supply all information, and mail or fax in the entry along with your check or credit card number. 

Be sure to keep your Reader current! If you experience problems, download the latest version.
