When Entering Races in 2004

Make sure your entries are processed on time! 

 PLEASE write in ALL the information requested on the entry form. Our software will not  allow us to process your entry without your member number, transponder number, complete car information, and payment information. 

Also, we can no longer accept entries unless they are signed by the driver.  If we do not have all your information, we will not be able to process your entry immediately and you could miss the deadline (not that any of you wait until deadline to send in entry forms!). 

You can enter an upcoming race anytime. You do not need to wait "x" number of weeks before a race. For instance, you can enter the October Regional in May  if you want. 

Remember – credit cards are not charged until after the event, so there is no cost to make sure your entries are on time. Just let us know if you need to withdraw by Wednesday morning the week of  the event and there is no withdrawal charge.
