In SFR, drivers must be 18 years or older, have a current driver's license, and  SCCA membership.

Each driver must present a current membership card and driver's license at registration on the morning of the event before the drivers’ meeting.

A drivers meeting is held in the morning before any track sessions and requirement is mandatory. Each driver will be given an SCCA Participation Log where the instructor can record comments. The Log can be used for several events so that it becomes a history of PDX participation.

Drivers much wear a long sleeved cotton shirt, long pants, full coverage shoes as a minimum. A Snell 2000 or higher helmet is also required.
