- All vehicles must pass a "technical inspection"
prior to running every SFR Solo event except for those vehicles
that have previously passed an
"Annual" inspection.
- Tech inspection is not intended to check for car classification
or conformance to category limits. The inspection is to verify that the vehicle is in a "safe" condition.
- All competitors and their vehicles must comply with section 3.3.3.B of the Official Solo rulebook.
- No loose items are allowed in the vehicle,
- All numbers and class designations MUST BE ON THE CAR.
Rules prevent numbers from being on windows.
Numbers must be 1 1/4" wide and 8" tall.
- Helmets must meet Snell SA, M, or K approval year 95 or later, or SFI Standards 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, or 41.2A. Helmets meeting British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are also acceptable.
This does not include "bicycle" helmets.
- Please refer to the Rulebook and have your vehicle PREPARED BEFORE the event.
