SFR Archives — a window on the history of the San Francisco Region

Laguna Seca - May 1969

 The SFR has been in existence for nearly 60 years and has a rich history of road racing, solo competition and concours d'elegance. Unfortunately, over the years and through several relocations of the administrative offices, much of the archive material has been lost. However, we do have the following material which may be helpful to individuals looking for specific information:

1. Copies of The Wheel from 1962 to present (incomplete)
2. Copies of SportsCar from 1957 to 1996 (incomplete)
3. Race Programs - limited, from the 1950's to 1970's
4. Photographs - limited, from 1950's and 1960's
