The values and basic principles the membership lives by:

Professionalism

We conduct our activities predictably and to the highest known standards.  We are satisfied with nothing less than the very best in everything we do.  We are willing to make changes to improve our processes.  We believe that training is an essential component of professional performance.  Our club depends on the skills and knowledge of our members, and we are committed to developing their skills and capabilities.

Integrity 

We do what we say we will.  We are all custodians of the club.  We do the right thing.  We pledge to respect the fundamental worth of every individual.  We believe this generates loyalty, enthusiasm and commitment in club members.  We don’t bypass rules for convenience sake and we operate our racing fairly within our rules.

Respect

Apply the Golden Rule.  It all starts with treating people right - the way you want to be treated.  We recognize and respect the interests of each other, both volunteers and drivers.  We treat people with respect both on the track and off. 

Friendliness

As club members, we work together in a friendly way.  We smile and extend a welcome to all those that cross our path, the message is “I’m glad you’re here.”  We explain things in a helpful, friendly way and when something is not going our way we do not take it out on anyone.
