Road Racing Annual Awards Banquet
and Annual Membership Meeting
2007 Annual Membership Meeting begins with lunch at 12 noon
The Business Meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. and ends by 4:00 p.m.
We hope you will come to the meeting and take this opportunity to discuss issues of mutual concern with your Board of Directors. We will also discuss plans for the future of our club.

Marcia and I are really looking forward to this year’s festivities. Those of you who attended last years' Banquet saw the first year of a new era. Blake Tatum did a masterful job on the re-vamping. We expect this year to be better yet!
This year you will be amazed at what the hotel has done. All the rooms have been remodeled, new paint, carpets, furniture and great new beds. There are upgrades throughout. Our hospitality suite is a room to behold. Designated smoking areas are the patio adjoining the main bar and the patio area directly outside the Banquet Room Lobby. We toured the hotel last week and were very impressed, not only with the ambience, but with some of the new people who will be helping us make this a banner year-end party.
Everyone will receive a reservation form, with all the particulars in your 2007 Election Ballot envelope being mailed in mid-October [or you can download the form above]. We would appreciate your using that form to RSVP. Please do not include your reservation form with the Ballot; send it to Jim Keane, 3147 Rosemont Drive., Sacramento, CA 95826. Our cut-off date is Tuesday, November 13.
For Hotel reservations, call 925-867-9200. The cut-off date is November 2. They have set aside a block of rooms for SCCA with a special rate of $79 per night. After November 2, they can sell the rooms to anyone. Last year the Hotel was sold out and several people were bussed to a hotel across the freeway! So please make an effort to get your reservation in on time. Please direct any questions to me at 916.366.7833.
