Tire Services

Thunderhill Raceway Park has a permanent tire center, conveniently located in the middle of the Thunderhill paddock.  In addition to being able to mount any and all racing tires, the Thunderhill AIM tire center is a full service tire center with an inventory full of the most commonly used racing tires ranging from Hankook, TOYO, Hoosier and more.

The Thunderhill AIM tire center is also offering anyone who buys a full set of tires at Thunderhill, a chance to win a season’s worth of tires for the 2012 season.  All SCCA members are eligible regardless of whether you are an SFR member or from another region.  This promotion is not connected with any other contingencies.  Therefore, by buying your tires at Thunderhill, you will be able to “double dip” if you qualify for other tire contingencies.  

If you need tires for the upcoming national, give Thunderhill AIM a call at (530) 934 5588 ext 118 or email them at tires@thunderhill.com, and save yourself the hassle of having to worry about tires.

While they do carry the most commonly used tires, please call them at least a week in advance of your event so that we can ensure that we will have your tires when you need them.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Snacks and drinks are available. Thunderhill offers a wide range of catering services. Special menus available. Call Jim at 530-934-5588 ext.107

Automated Teller Machine – ATM:
 Located in lobby of the Clubhouse.
 
Fuel Service – 91 octane, 100 unleaded and 110 leaded:
 Located south paddock – self-serve 24/7 if using Visa/Mastercard.
 Cash service available most weekends.
  
Diesel Fuel Service:
Located north paddock – contact Track Manager for service.
 
Propane Service:
Located south paddock – contact Track Manager for service.
 
Compressed Air Service:
Located north paddock on shop fence – self-service.
 
Used Oil Recycling Centers:
 Oils only. No antifreeze, brake fluids, etc.
 South paddock near Fuel Station. Also accepts used oil filters.
 North paddock near shop.
 
Electrical Power – RV Plug-ins:
Center paddock, East Paddock, South Campground.
 
Airports:
Two major airports serve our area including Sacramento International and Redding Municpal. The Glenn County municipal airport in Willows services small private aircraft and is just 7 miles from the track.
