and 2009 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

General Membership Meeting — 1 to 4 pm
Lunch served at 12 noon for all meeting attendees
All San Francisco Region members and guests are invited to attend
Note: Solo awards banquet will be held in January 2010 at the Blackhawk Museum. See the Solo home page for information.
Banquet Information
Jim and Marcia Keane will host a hospitality room from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with refreshments and changing facilities for those wishing to change for dinner.
At 5:30 p.m. Registration and no-host cocktail bars will open in the Lobby outside the Banquet Room. At 6:30 p.m. the Banquet Room will open for seating with dinner served at 7:00 p.m.
The menu choices are: Rib Eye Steak, Napa Chicken and Vegetarian Mushroom Struedel including salad, coffee or tea, dessert and two complimentary bottles of wine per table. Price for the banquet is the same as last year — $50 per person.

Hotel Reservations
SFR has a block of 55 rooms available at the special rate of $85. Call and reserve your room with the hotel at 800-228-9290. NOTE: You must make reservations by October 31 to be guaranteed the Club rate.
The hotel now charges the general public $10 for parking, however, we have negotiated a work-around for our guests. Drive up to the arm barrier, get your parking ticket and exchange it for a validated ticket at the luncheon or dinner from either Marcia Keane or Linda Rogaski. The validated ticket will give you a 50% discount on the parking cost.
